It’s a good day here at Pi. Last night was Vancouver’s annual Jessie Richardson Theatre Awards, an opportunity to celebrate the work of our peers. It was a great night and we’re proud to be part of this generous, talented community. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees, and to the entire community for a fantastic season!
A special nod to our own Pepe Danza, who won Outstanding Sound Design or Original Composition, Small Theatre, for his work on The 8th Land!
And this week, we received an anonymous donation. Such gifts are so welcome and appreciated, and do much to bolster our spirits and our budgets. Of course, it’s torture not knowing who to thanks, and the office is rife with speculation. We couldn’t do the work we do without the philanthropy of our donors.
