Pi Theatre and Theatre Conspiracy have joined together to develop a new work It's All Over, Orwell.
There may be no other 20th century author whose name is more globally recognized than George Orwell. His novels 1984 and Animal Farm are undisputed literary milestones. But Orwell's interests were not just confined to fascism and Big Brother. He was also a tireless chronicler of the wealth gap. Pi Theatre and Theatre Conspiracy, along with the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts and Flophouse Jr., team up to investigate Orwell's provocative novels, essays, and articles which have found new relevancy in recent years.
The extended workshop for It's All Over, Orwell took place in October, 2015, at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts.
This workshop presentation was a partnership with the Shadbolt Centre. It was collectively created by the team.
